Law Firm Systems (Hands-On Help)
Learn to create checklist systems so your practice runs much better and smoother—even when you're away from work enjoying well-deserved time off
Once you start creating systems for your practice you'll start gaining astonishing freedom. When you have systems in place you'll become relaxed and confident.
Because systems are what make it easier to delegate your work to other people.
Systems enable you to hire virtual assistants, train them quickly, and make sure they do great work every time.
Systems let you handle more cases more confidently, with less stress on your end.
Helping lawyers make this happen is why we created the Systems workshop. During this 4-week workshop, you'll learn how to create & document systems for key areas of your practice, such as: documenting client intake procedures, case management protocols, marketing processes, and more.
You'll discover the most effective methods for systematizing all the things that help run your firm, and learn to use the tools that help you do that easier and better.
The workshop will take place through 4 zoom sessions (once a week), an online chat forum (Slack), short tutorial recordings, plus daily email lessons —all of which help you assimilate vital information in the most convenient way possible.
Now, bear in mind...each workshop is limited to a small number of students. This ensures you get proper hands-on guidance.
So what is the workshop experience like?
Here's what some lawyers who just went through it had to say:
"Highly recommended for lawyers (like me) looking for a way to compile and systemize (in one place) all of those little things that need to be done to run the firm...and more importantly, run it your way." – Joe O'Keefe
"The workshop helped me overcome procrastination because we had a schedule. I most appreciated the demonstrations of how to use the documentation tools, and walking through people's homework with the entire class." —Lynnelle Loke Moore
"I enjoyed the workshop. I've been wanting to get better at this, and your Workshop has helped me push through on that." – David Hoyt
"The Workshop provided a top-level way to look at the various systems and support for ways to do it. And seeing how other people do their processes was very valuable." —Dwight Yellin
"My biggest obstacle before the workshop was mindset and not having the habit of documenting systems.
I now take the time to document things I do (whether work or admin/financial stuff) to make it easier to repeat those steps and to delegate them to other people." —Chris Jaglowitz
The next workshop starts in early 2022 —and enrollment will be on a first-to-register basis. But you don't need to wait to register, and you shouldn't.
Because remember, you can start working through the online resources right after you register!

How to Keep Refining Your Procedures
Zoom Discussion for People Who Had SweetProcess Procedures Imported
The cost is $850 per person. Registrants can retake the workshop as many times as they want. Because we're committed to helping you succeed.
The weekly Zoom sessions last between 60 to 90 minutes. They are recorded and transcribed in case you can't make the session. The rest of the time is self-study, which probably consumes at least one or two additional hours per week.
We typically do the Zoom sessions on Fridays from 1 pm to 2:30 pm CST.
There will be homework where you have to create procedures, and Ernie will help you refine them. And we will discuss our work in the Zoom sessions so that everyone learns from everyone else as much as possible.
Forever. And you'll continue to have access to the Slack channel for as long as you're subscribed to Slack (via the Co-Pilot program or otherwise).
The best preparation is to go through the Working Smarter course, which is included in the workshop (although you can purchase that separately if you want)
We try to offer it every 2 months. And remember, once you register you'll be able to take the workshop the next time it's offered (and RE-TAKE it as many times thereafter as you wish). So there's no reason not to register right away (if the price goes up later you'll may not regret registering sooner)
